Our Packages
The Meadow Collective is located in Utah County, Utah. As part of our services we deliver your rentals directly to your event. We are willing to travel within a 50 mile radius of Pleasant Grove, UT but would be willing to discuss further travel for an additional cost.
Our Intimate Venue Package provides centerpieces and tablescapes for up to 8 tables (table runners, candles & candlesticks), 5 additional accent arrangements, and a metal frame for signage.
This package is perfect for smaller gatherings. Most often referring to backyards or single room spaces under 1,000 sq. ft.
Our Medium Venue Package includes up to 10 medium/large arrangements, 10 additional accent arrangements, centerpieces and tablescapes (table runners, candles & candlesticks) for up to 15 tables, metal frame for indoor or outdoor signage, and large ground arrangement.
This package is best for multi-room or large outdoor spaces that are between 2,000 & 3,000 sq. ft.
Our Small Venue Package provides up to 5 large arrangements, 5 additional accent arrangements, centerpieces and tablescapes for up to 10 medium sized tables (table runners, candles & candlesticks), and a metal frame for signage.
This package is best for small sized venues. Most often referring to backyards or single room spaces under 2,000 sq. ft.
Our Large Venue Package includes up to 15 medium/large arrangements, 15 additional accent arrangements, centerpieces and tablescapes (table runners, candles & candlesticks), for up to 20 tables, metal frame for indoor or outdoor signage, large and small ground arrangement.
This package is best for multi-room or large outdoor spaces that are more than 3,000 sq. ft.

Before your event, we’ll have a final consultation to confirm everything is perfect. Then we handle delivery, setup, and takedown — so you can simply enjoy your day.
